Nice showroom and cars, but no one really helped us. We walked around and looked at whatever we wanted, we had to ask someone if we could open a car and all they said was ,"yes its open". Never got info on car, no Introduction, nothing. Disapoointed because I was ready to buy, but bought my car at another place.

Not so happy with a R/R dealership. Have many others dealers who will cater to my needs.Reason for this no pictures of extended R/R on website really low price of 2014 at 210,000 which should be allot higher in price and when I called them to see it it was not ready for show, salesman saying it’s currently in another shop being worked on.And the next day on car guru it says it was sold.Not happy would not recommend this dealer for luxurious car sales.poor at best.

My husband and I took a quick flight down there to check out a Maserati GT. We called prior and told them that we were coming. We’re told a price on the phone and told a higher one in person. The interior of the car was dirty , the ‘check suspension’ notification on, and was not allowed to test drive the vehicle. The sales guy asked for my husband’s license and jumped in the driver’s seat. When asked about the suspension we were told it only happens with certain modes. WHO DOES THAT!? Someone who doesn’t want to make a sale! Horrible ! We booked a flight and went back home. We lived 8 hours away. Total waste! Stick to known verified Maserati dealers!

I give this dealership 10 STARS!!! They exceeded my expectations from beginning to end! Their pre-owned luxury cars are in fantastic condition they look NEW! Customer service and efficiency getting everything processed was impressive! I love my 2016 Range Rover !!! (Looks like New) They really practice the true meaning of Customer Services and Quality cars!!! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know and met!

Everyone at the dealership was courteous and helpful, Ali made me a great deal on the car I wanted, but unfortunately I decided to go with another vehicle at a different location. I Definitely will recommend this dealership to others.

Great customer service and they were professional and most importantly , they let me breath. No one breathing down my neck badgering me.

Not very helpful.. called and they didn’t seem interested in making a sale. I was directly referred to the website to fill out an application. Advised them that I already had approved financing but they were out of the network. Did not try to get me a similar rate for what I was approved for. Their lost.. found another vehicle that I love

Dealer representative was friendly and helpful. Vehicle was advertised in Car Gurus as a manual transmission but it turned out to be an automatic.

Romeo and Ali are laid back and easy going. I was very comfortable with the transaction because they did not "sell" me in any way. The cars on the lot are all in good condition and displayed well and the guys have lots of information. They don't rush you or push you. This was a good and honest experience.

I wanted to buy a car, I sent text messages to the seller and it was slow to respond and sometimes did not answer. He was not motivated to sell me that car.

They made my dream car a 2003 S55 AMG a reality come true. I had a friend drive me all the way up to San Marcos, about 40 miles North of San Diego where I live, to look at, and to purchase my dream car. They made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire purchasing experience. I would recommend The EUROPEAN AUTO CONNECTION TO anyone interested in purchasing used high end luxury performance cars. Such as Mercedes Benz AMG's to BMW M5 sedans.
